Follow below process step by step.
1. First you need to call on 18008969999 (Jio Fiber customer care)
2. Call and try to connect with an executive. Told his/her to discontinue Jio fiber connection. The executive person asks the reason for discontinuing Jio fiber.
3. Customer care executive also asks for the registered mobile phone number.
4. Now the officer has registered only your request. After a day or two, they will contact you
5. Now he will ask you all the details again and confirm your request. After confirming your request you will get mail and message on your registered number and also provide a tracking ID.
6. Jio's engineer will ask for the below
- Router
- Setup box
- Cables/wires
- Remote
- Power supply adaptor
- Setup box box and bill
7. Jio engineer will come to your house in 12 to 10 days after the request is accepted.
8. After that an engineer will check whether the setup box is going on or not.
9. After checking all accessories engineer will fill up one form on his/her mobile.
10. During the form filling process engineer will ask for the below.
- Name
- Mobile number
- Setup box number
- Bank account number
- Bank account IFSC code
